Full-time or part-time kitchen assistant (m/f/d)

Reliable and motivated kitchen support (m/w/d) in full time/ parttime to support our team in a restaurant in Weimar/ Legefeld.

A completed training as a cook/kitchen is not required. More importantly, we are willingness to use, quick understanding, quick work and willingness to participate. You should be happy to learn new things and actively contribute to the workflow.

Other tasks include:

• Support in preparation and preparation of food
• general kitchen work
• Preparation of food
• Support during the running restaurant
• washing and cleaning
• Clean up after service

We expressly seek someone who really wants to work, is reliable and also keeps an overview in stressful situations. The work in the kitchen is physical and can be warm and labor intensive during operation. Therefore, loadability and good working speed are important.

Working time: Full time or parttime. Regular start is at 11:00, with a longer break between approx. 14:00 and 17:00. The evening service starts at 17:30 and ends, including clean-up and cleaning, usually between 22:00 and 22:30. A previous start of work, for example from 9:30 p.m., may also be required after consultation.

Part time is also possible. The exact working days and working hours can be individually discussed and agreed. In principle, there is a need for the evening area from Tuesday to Sunday. However, we are open to individual agreements and want to find a suitable solution together with the applicant or the applicant.

Monday's rest day. Additional free days under the week can be individually agreed upon by agreement and depending on the operational planning or if other personnel take over the service.

Professional experience in gastronomy is advantageous, but no prerequisite! Decisive are motivation, reliability, willingness to learn and willingness to take action.
