You accept customer orders to aids and create cost suggestions Processing the queries of our customers and cost-beneficiaries You also keep an overview of contractual works and statutory/social insurance regulations Takeover of written and telephone business correspondence Ensuring careful data collection

You bring commercial or medical training and ideally have experience in healthcare Your good communication skills and your structured way of working You work independently and targeted Very good knowledge of German in word and writing You are safe in handling MS Office Service and customer orientation are of course for you
