BIM Manager / Coordinator – Development | Varsseveld (near Bocholt) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of our BIM standards and at the same time ensure their application in ongoing projects. In doing so, you combine strategic topics with operational project work. BIM Development & Standards: Development and maintenance of BIM standards and modelling guidelines, construction and further development of Revit templates, component libraries (family), attribute and classification structures, creation and maintenance of Solibri rules and support in the further development of our BIM strategy. Project-related BIM coordination: support of projects as a BIM coordinator, implementation of model checks (e.g. Solibri), collision checks and quality checks, coordination with specialist planners and project participants, ensuring compliance with BIM requirements in the project. Revit & Tool further development: participation in the introduction and standardization of Revit, support of project teams in the handling of models, templates and workflows, optimization of the working methods in modelling. Data & Process Understanding: Ensuring high data quality (IFC, attributes, Psets), support in implementing ISO 19650-compliant processes, interface between BIM strategy, project implementation and digital tools. Training & Support: Training of employees in Revit, BIM standards and modeling guidelines, creation of guides and best practices, contact for BIM-relevant topics in projects.

Studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline Experience as a BIM coordinator or BIM modeler with interest in development topics Very good knowledge of Revit (including family), ideally Solibri Understanding BIM processes, model coordination and data structures (IFC of advantage) Structured and analytical methods Interest in standardization, digitization and process improvement
