Military Training Systems Instructor (m/f/d)

From the first demand analysis to the finished training concept, you develop practical training solutions for military users as instructors. Here you analyze complex training requirements and create the basis for realistic and effective training measures. With your military experience, you will actively develop modern live simulation systems. You transfer practical knowledge from training to technical requirements and help to make military training systems even more efficient and user-friendly. Whether national training projects or international NATO exercises – as instructors, you will accompany challenging training measures from conception to practical implementation and will immediately see how modern training systems are used under realistic training conditions. In close cooperation with military customers and interdisciplinary project teams, you will advise on training strategies, support the creation of targeted training documents and provide your expertise directly to military users if necessary. New technologies and innovative training methods inspire you: With your understanding of military deployment scenarios you evaluate current developments, identify potential for improvement and develop future-oriented concepts for modern military training. Your expertise as an instructor is also required in technical product development. You bring practical experience from military training activities into development and offer projects and thus influence the further development of innovative simulation and training systems.

You have a completed further education on the state-tested technicians of machine, electrical or information technology, or a completed study of Wehrtechnik, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or aerospace technology. Through your multiannual professional experience as a military trainer, you will bring well-founded knowledge in the planning, organisation and implementation of military training. Ideally, you have already accompanied challenging training projects independently. You are well familiar with military training structures, training doctrines and training concepts. You understand the need to analyse complex requirements and derive practical training plans and appropriate training measures. Ideally, you have already gained experience with military simulation or training systems and are interested in modern technologies with which realistic application and exercise scenarios can be mapped. As an experienced instructor, you are convinced by strong consulting and methodological competence as well as a safe occurrence. Your presentation and moderation capabilities allow you to understand complex technical and military content and reach different target groups. Good knowledge of English, intercultural competence and worldwide readiness to travel allow you to successfully collaborate with international project partners and military customers.
