Support and remote maintenance of Linux and Windows servers in the school data center Conception, setup and administration of networks and servers (Linux or Windows) Implementation of IT Security and Privacy Policy Support in 2nd level support and take over troubleshoots Working with the Change Management Process incl. Completed IT training or comparable qualification Experience with Linux and Windows servers and network technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls) Knowledge of IT security standards (e.g. basic BSI protection, ISMS) Experience in handling ticket systems and structured documentation Teamability and analytical thinking and self-responsibility
