You are responsible for the training and further training of the staff, including the necessary additional qualifications, and provide technical knowledge of the various types of control units Reliably, you monitor the progress of training during the respective training measure and are available as contact persons You carry out practical training in the ZVS training and functional training to the train taxer and bear the responsibility for implementing the simulation IT In addition, you can provide the quality assurance of the training documents for selected adaptation training The independent implementation of coaching measures, such as preparation for exams, structural or technical changes, in the event of prolonged non-use of train drivers and switchboards, is also part of your task.
