Then we are looking for you as a dedicated specialist office (m/w/x) at our location in Hannover. The job is limited to 2 years.

• You support our logistics leadership and the location management in all administrative matters

• You contribute to smooth communication between our locations in Hanover and Langenhagen

• You take responsibility for quality assurance and optimization of existing administrative processes as well as reporting

• You are the contact person for the administrative concerns of our logistics staff and are at your side with advice and action

• In addition, you set up and control statistics and evaluations to increase the efficiency of our logistics processes

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a businessman for office management (m/w/x), or well-founded professional experience in the commercial sector

• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge or knowledge of another language desirable

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Responsibility and quality awareness, very high communication strength, initiative, reliability and intercultural competence
