Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Responsible concession holder: You act as a technical manager and ensure the formal concession authorization as well as registration in the handicraft role (electro) at HWK Dresden. Technical supervision & compliance (VEFK): You bear the technical responsibility for complying with DIN VDE standards and safety regulations on the construction site and are the legal interface for electrotechnical issues. Operational project management (from 2027): management and monitoring of installation processes (“hook-up”) and de-installations, coordination of subcontractors and tool vendors, and implementation of walkdowns. Quality assurance: You carry out inspections, answer the final acceptance as well as the “punch list” editing and support in troubleshooting. Documentation: Ensuring complete documentation (As-built drawings, material proofs) for the project completion. Strategic advice: You advise the management when building the technical team structures and define long-term standards.

Qualification for the role of craftsmen: You must comply with the requirements for registration in the handicraft role (electrotechnology). We are looking for the electric master (HWK/IHK), state-tested technician or engineer (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) who meets the registration requirements. Professional experience: At least 5–10 years of experience in electrical installation, industrial plant construction or building engineering. Semiconductor affinity: Experience in the high-tech environment or clean room (Semiconductor) is a strong plus, but no compelling requirement with corresponding technical excellence. Responsibility: You are not afraid of the role as a responsible expert and appreciate real decision-making power. Operation: Structured, strong and communicative – both in the remote phase and on site.

Our client: Attractive compensation package: A target salary of approximately 100,000 € gross basis plus a performance-related component that evaluates your expertise. Unique phase model: 2026: Maximum flexibility through a part-time solution (approximately 1 day/week), which is primarily remote to ensure HWK entry and planning. From 2027: seamless transition to an unlimited full-time position as an integral part of the engineering team on site. Genuine design power: You don't take over a 'Papiertiger' roll. You will get real drawing power and design the technical processes from scratch. Growth environment: You become part of an international team and work in the centre of European chip production in Dresden. Benefits: Individual agreements with company cars, allowances and holiday entitlements (Objective: 28–30 days for full-time) are possible depending on the contract design.
