In this position, you take responsibility for managing the group “Erben” in the investment depot business. In this important position, you are focused on the following tasks: Accompanying a group of currently 15 employees Strength-oriented promotion of employees Development of a work culture oriented towards customer centering and change Participation in group-, department- and segment-crossing interdisciplinary teams with the focus: customer-centric/omnichannel processing of estate cases and depots of our intermediaries and end investors Increased digitization and automation as well as the self-service quota for banks and investors
