Paralegal - Contract Management / Municipalities / Advertising Facilities (m/f/d)

You check, maintain and implement contract contents with municipalities and transport companies legally and are responsible for the data quality in our internal system. As a central contact person, you serve our contractual partners and ensure partnership and solution-oriented cooperation. Together with the field service and the technical department, you work on the strategic optimization of our advertising stock. You actively support the leadership of the department in organisational and content projects in contract management. You provide decision-relevant information and create meaningful presentations for different target groups with MS Office.

You bring a commercial training with legal reference (e.g. as a lawyer or notary worker) or a comparable qualification. You already have experience in contract management – ideally in the municipal environment – and are sure to read and translate contractual contents. Your work is self-responsible and structured, keeping analytical overview even in complex situations. As a communication-strong and dedicated personality, you are happy to work in the team and get proactive. You are routined in dealing with the common MS Office applications and communicate in German in a safe manner.
