We are now looking for an implementation manager (m/w/d) in Dresden.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed engineering studies, master or technical training in the field of process engineering, chemistry, technical facility management, electrical engineering or plant engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in plant operation and well-founded professional and leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally also in handling hazardous materials
• Good knowledge of English in word and writing is absolutely necessary
• You have a hand-on mentality, think entrepreneurial and are an organizational talent
• You have fun coordinating complex projects, are team-ready and flexible, have a strong social competence, service orientation, and persuasiveness and enforcement

Your tasks as implementation manager

• You are responsible for securing and coordinating our new FM location in Dresden
• You plan, coordinate, control and optimise the project in technical facility management
• You carry out state determinations, document the actual state and set up procedure and work instructions
• You ensure compliance with the guidelines on occupational safety and customer satisfaction
• You are the main partner for customers during the project execution
• You are responsible for budget and planning in the Facility Management area, standardize the operation between stock and new orders and execute warranty management
