Team leader for construction and technology for the AI Campus, Heilbronn (m/f/d)

As Teamleiter Bauausführung und Technik (m/w/d), you are the first contact person for your team and take over the contractor's representation for exciting large-scale construction projects such as the new AI campus in Heilbronn You act as an impulse generator and Sparring partner at the most important interfaces and thus guarantee the successful realization of your challenging construction projects You bear the overall responsibility for the execution phases (LPh 5-8 HOAI), from the award of the services to the final acceptance You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and motivate and support your employees, accompany them in their personal and professional development and thus ensure the achievement of your project goals You are responsible for the standardization and further development of our construction management processes in your area – because only those who optimize processes are efficient! You coordinate, organize and guide the project team from external service providers and internal departments You are responsible for project controlling and reporting, as well as the preparation of decision bases for our steering bodies

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering/construction or a comparable degree course You bring multi-year, relevant experience in the new building and construction, ideally in the building management on the contractor side and experience in the contractor representation You bring first leadership experience and are ready to take on the professional and disciplinary responsibility for your team. You understand motivating and promoting employees in a targeted manner to advance them in their personal and professional development and to achieve ambitious project goals together You control complex tasks independently and always keep an overview thanks to your structured work. You are going forward in a solution-oriented manner and understand the need to act You're eager with entrepreneurial vision, combined with a clear service mentality and don't lose sight of the cost awareness You are passionate about innovation, automation, AI, and the digital transformation and you want to participate in a major project in the heart of Heilbronn
