(Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d) - Accounting & ERP

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d) - Accounting & ERP for our software solution ginisuite, our ERP/PVS for occupational medicine and occupational safety. The role can be exercised remotely in Germany or hybrid from Berlin. In this role, you are responsible for the further development of central specialist modules of our ginisuite with focus on contracts, accounting, time recording and accounting. You work closely with the development team, relevant stakeholders in management and our subsidiaries and accompany topics ranging from technical requirement analysis to translation into user stories and tickets to QA, release, data migration and rollout.

Product responsibility for billing & ERP Ownership for the specialist modules contracts, accounting, time recording and accounting within our specially developed software solution

Evaluation and further development of operational processes and standards focusing on accounting and contracting

Identification of professional improvement potentials and transfer to effective product requirements

Requirements, implementation & rollout Analysis of technical requirements and translation into clear user stories and tickets as well as monitoring the implementation by the development team

Hands-on support along the development process, including QA and Release

Support for data migration and support for rollouts

Close cooperation with: Caner (Group CEO) and other relevant stakeholders in management

our subsidiaries to accommodate technical requirements and operational needs

the development team in implementation, testing and further development

internal and external partners, e.g. the data warehouse team.

That's what you bring: detectable professional experience in product management, preferably with focus on accounting, ERP, accounting or comparable B2B software solutions

Impressed willingness to take over Ownership for complex specialist modules and to accompany the development process hands-on

Experience in translating technical requirements into enforceable user stories, tickets and product improvements

Technical experience in data migration, data analysis and software development

High self-responsibility, structural strength and a pronounced ownership mintset

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to attend occasional business trips (about 20%)

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in SaaS, platform or ERP environments as well as in technically challenging product landscapes, e.g. with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations and distributed systems

Understanding software architecture, microservices or container-based system landscapes

Experience in dealing with legacy systems and migrations, especially in the field of tension between existing systems and new product generation

Understanding operational processes in a multi-entity, buy-and-build or strongly growing business environment
