Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work on building equipment in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation Trouble analysis and elimination of refrigeration equipment Documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of the technical support Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations Regular participation in readiness

Completed training in the area of heating, refrigeration, sanitary, or ventilation Professional experience in the learned structure, ideally in facility management or in building technology Driving licence class B required German language skills (at least C1)
