Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our teams of transaction strategy & implementation in Frankfurt/Main, Cologne or Munich, we accompany companies in acquisition or separation across the entire transaction process and support them in all questions with great functional and sectoral expertise, courage and vision. Together with our client, we make sound strategic decisions to exploit the full potential of their portfolio. You can do a variety of tasks: Advising established banks and insurance companies with regard to transactions (e.g. IT architecture, data separation and migration) and digital ecosystems (e.g. IT strategy, development of new sales channels such as apps) Conducting market analyses, strategic reviews, due diligence, synergy assessments, carve-outs and integrations as well as restructuring Advice to customers: in the development of their API strategy - from the design of a pioneering interface architecture to the selection of API frameworks to operational processes in the backend Development and evaluation of cloud-native architectures, container frameworks, scaling and security strategies, infrastructure sourcing concepts and IT development processes Supporting our customers with regard to payments, digital banking ecosystems in the API Economy and the digital ID as well as participation in meet-ups, hackathons, conferences and exchange with start-ups, investor:inside and the digital units of established industry participants

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline First experiences (practice or work-studierende Activity) in business, IT or operations in a strategy, management or IT consulting, a bank, an insurance company, a FinTech start-up or another financial service company Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
