Teamleitung Treasury (m/f/d)

In this function, you assume the overall responsibility for the treasury of the trans-o-flex and ensure efficient, transparent and reliable liquidity control. You carry out a small team and continuously develop processes and structures in close cooperation with the Group Treasury. The tasks at a glance. Task profile: Control and monitoring of daily financial status and the creation and analysis of cash flow and liquidity reporting Responsibility for payment including Subsequent settlements and associated payment processes Ensure the availability and processing of account extracts and the creation and control of banking reporting Implementation of monthly liquidity planning and rolling 16-week planning Support of credit insurance and credit checks incl. Management of credit limits Responsibility for factoring processes and communication with factoring companies Management of leasing management incl. contractual arrangements and communication with leasing companies Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team as well as close cooperation with Group Treasury, Controlling, Accounting and other departments Ensuring compliance with internal policies and compliance requirements and optimization of treasury processes

Completed degree in economics or comparable Qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the treasury, financing or cash management environment and first leadership experience Funded knowledge of liquidity management and ideally in leasing and Factoring environment Experience in handling treasury systems, banking software as well as SAP R/3 and MS Office Very good English skills in word and writing Analytical, structured and methodological procedures and high self-responsibility and decision-making strength Communication strength, professional appearance and strong team orientation High flexibility, durability and reliability
