The State Building Office Amberg-Sulzbach plans and implements modern and sustainable road and construction projects in the interest of a contemporary infrastructure. Construction measures for the Free State of Bavaria and civil and military construction projects of the Federal Government and the host forces at the Grafenwöhr military training site are being implemented in civil engineering. In road and bridge construction it implements construction measures of the Free State of Bavaria, the federal state and the district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking as soon as possible at our Amberg site for an employee (m/w/d) with a completed college for the use in the technical management for the production and processing of construction and supply contracts and contracts for other services.

Tasks include: Contracts under VOB and UVgO, contract matters and administrative award, supplementary management, contractual and legal disputes (Bund, Land, US) Quality assurance of documents Publication and implementation of national and European award procedures through the award portal Pre- and post-processing of negotiations, proposal for a contract and conclusion Advising the specialist department on specific issues in construction contracting and contracting of general nature Creation of statistics and reports General questions of the host forces

The following conditions should be met: Successfully completed university studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject or comparable knowledge Knowledge of the application of VOB, VOL and UVgO Experience in the award of construction services through procurement platforms is desirable EDV knowledge in common office applications High communication capability Own initiative, independent work and sense of responsibility Good written and oral expressiveness in the German language (Language C2 to GER / CEFR)
