The onboarding of new cloud users and the support for cloud migration also falls into this area.

Your tasks

• You are the first contact person and consultant for our customers and partners with regard to possible cloud architectures and migrations
• You transfer the requirements of our customers and partners together with our sales team to appropriate offers or Decision templates
• You support our sales in technical questions or price calculations around the STACKIT cloud
• You will answer the technical questions for our customers and partners
• You use creative and agile collaboration methods to develop solutions with experts and teams

Your profile

• You already have experience in IT Presales
• You have a well-founded experience in the IT environment, especially in the design and implementation of cloud architectures
• In addition to a strong technical understanding, you also bring the necessary passion and empathy, to advise and accompany customers and partners
• You are interested in new technologies and methods and are constantly developing
• You are self-initiative, you like to work agile and are reliable
• You are ready to work with international teams and travel project-dependently
• You have good knowledge of German and English
