Production of fiber composite components (CFK/GFK) for aviation Lamination of components in hand laminate, infusion or prepreg processes Working with shapes, negatives and positives Vacuum construction, curing (room temperature / oven) Reworking of components (cutting, grinding, drilling) Assembly of structural components and assemblies Reading and implementing technical drawings & work instructions Quality testing and documentation according to aviation standards

completed training as a light aircraft manufacturer, method mechanics for fiber composite, Aircraft mechanics, model builders or comparable Experience in composite production (CFK/GFK) Safe handling of laminating and vacuum techniques Handicraft skill and high care Technical understanding and quality awareness Ideally experience in the aviation and motorsport environment and many years of experience Teamability and independent working German language and writing; strong team skills and communication strength
