Multikanalvertrieb (MKV) operates and develops one of Germany's largest access networks with around 41,000 stationary acceptance and sales points and around 2 million daily. Customer contacts. With around 18,000 machines (pack and postal stations), about 12,400 partner stores, about 10,000 DHL parcel shops and over 1,300 own sales outlets, we offer private, commercial and business customers comprehensive access to our products and services. In the course of changing customer needs, growing package volumes and the increasing importance of out-of-home (OOH) solutions, we are driving the significant expansion and automation of our network as part of the 2030 strategy. The aim is to make our existing network even more stable, automated and customer-centric and to systematically unlock new growth opportunities. A central lever is the accelerated expansion of automated infrastructures and the further development of different location formats and partnership models. As a Component Owner/Experte Packstation, strengthen our team in full time, limited for 2 years at the Bonn site. Your duties Project and Requirement Management for IT Development of Automation Concepts in the Post & Package Environment Technical product responsibility of IT subsystems with the associated interfaces to resystems Developing the detailed concept together with format management Coordination and implementation of pre-refinements and reflections Coordination and recovery of the 'Total Approvals' Control of the Approval Process with the GB19 and Format Management Responsibility for the formulation or creation of the stories Control of technical release planning in direct interface to IT release management Creation of sprint planning together with GB19 & ITS coordination of the FPA and coordination of the rollout decision, as well as preparation and implementation of the rollout Coordination possible Intermediate relays Your profile Studies (or long-term, relevant professional experience) Studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) Ideal experience in (technical) project management and/or product development Very good knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel, PowerPoint, Project Good knowledge and experience in various approaches to software development Secure German and English knowledge (safe discussion) Special operational readiness and loadability Team & enthusiasm Impressed communication readiness Openness to dynamic change processes Technical affinity and interest in innovative product developments Your advantages You can start from 01.09.2026 Mobile work after consultation with the supervisors Social benefits: Attractive additional benefits, e.g. occupational pensions.
