As an experienced: Data Governance Sepzialist:in you become part of a central data governance team within our IT organization. Your core theme is the orchestration and the company-wide establishment of sustainable data governance. In doing so, you act as a central point of contact and driving force – both in the construction and scaling of data governance initiatives and in the ongoing implementation together with our specialist areas. Your duties include: You develop company-wide standards, processes and guidelines for sustainable data governance and ensure that these are implemented and anchored across the Group You run and manage the Data Governance system based on Informatica and develop it continuously with IT, departments and Data Ownern You support and empower the departments to understand and perceive their roles and responsibilities in the context of data governance (e.g. as Data Owner or Data Steward) You moderate workshops, trainings and coaching for the exchange of data governance practices, in particular in the context of reporting and AI projects, and thus strengthen the Data Community in the company You implement data quality measures based on Informatica together with the Data Owns from the departments and ensure their sustainable implementation You always support the further development and integration of our data landscape (including Azure Datalake, Databricks, MS-SQL, SAP-Systeme) with the aim of implementing data governance holisticly As a central contact:in data governance questions, you are a key driver:in and drive targeted measures to ensure data quality, security and traceability

Professional and personal - Your qualifications are convincing. You are professionally and personally able to shape and drive data governance in a sustainable manner You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification You have well-founded professional experience in data governance, ideally dealing with Informatica (especially in the Data Governance and Catalog, Profiling, Data Quality and Data Integration modules) and the integration of governance solutions into complex data landscapes You are well aware of the organizational and legal requirements for data governance and data protection You bring relevant experience in dealing with Data Lake and Cloud architectures (e.g. Azure, Databricks) as well as modern database technologies (MS-SQL, SAP) You are able to communicate data governance concepts in a comprehensible and practical way, go proactively to stakeholders and convince them of necessary measures You have a safe occurrence, enforcement ability and a high self-initiative and work in a solution-oriented, team-oriented and targeted manner.
