In addition to industrial and professionally organized industrial construction for specific structures for major industrial new and refurbishment projects, a dynamically growing business area with production, development of own distribution for system components has emerged. Feedback from the first business area, how larger projects could be carried out more quickly or known problems, in the processing and the long-term functional reliability required in buildings have led to a large range of innovative system components, which are manufactured using industrial modern manufacturing processes. The industrial engineering sector is a well-known and established authority regionally. The products of the Components division are distributed via the 3-stage distribution path customary in the craftsmanship with specialized wholesalers in the DACH region. In addition to the relevant specialist craftsmanship, planners, architects, large project developers, construction companies are targeted by marketing activities and elaborate training. Quality and innovation and close customer support make it possible to keep even more cost-effective international competition apart. As part of the already begun withdrawal of the shareholders and strategic reorganization of the organically grown corporate structure, a small umbrella company with essential overriding functions, such as finance, HR, IT, vehicle park, purchasing, will arise, while the different operating fields are controlled by independent subsidiaries. A professional advisory board will be set up in this systematic follow-up process. For the first time and as an elementary success factor of the process, a (alone) managing director (m/w/d) is sought, who is responsible for all functions and also leads the subsidiaries in the Personalunion, supported by today's experienced procurers, who are already leading the business units in the day-to-day operating business alongside the shareholders. A solid commercial knowledge must be present. You come from the component supplier industry for building technology, building components or building materials and also have good knowledge of the manufacturing craft and thus the challenge of acquiring projects. You have results-driven leadership experience as managing director or BU management with broad functional responsibility in innovative, developing, producing and well-structured companies of the aforementioned 3-stage sales sector. Experience with business activities in the DACH region and cooperation with international suppliers are beneficial.
