Your tasks:

• As an assembly organizer, you are for the professional onboarding of all new employees responsible for production and create customised installation plans depending on the roll profile
• Create together with the production and team management individually required training and training plans and responsible for their further development
• Create your training plan with the help of the relevant technical divisions a timetable, adapted to the required roller profile
• At the Schwäbisch Hall site you organize the stays of International assemblers and service technicians and are first contact persons for the training participants from the service hubs
• You organize the trainings and trainings for the employees from production, as well as our service technicians and International farmers
• You organize and manage the loan notebook pool of our Production staff
• You organize the training for our internal employees and manage and maintain the training evidence of our Production staff
• You organize the assignments of the UWEB training courses of our Production staff.

Your profile:

• completed technical or commercial training, with professional experience, with appropriate training
• self-responsible operation with hands-on mentality and Enthusiasm for planning tasks with organisational skills
• Contact strength, customer and target-oriented personality with high intercultural competence
• first knowledge in the field of control technology (Siemens TIA Portal as well as Rockwell Control Logix) and in parameterizing field devices are desirable
• We require good knowledge of German and English
• very good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PP, etc.)
• 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Class C driving licence
