Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

You carry out exciting national and global M&A transactions, including due dilligence, taking on a leading role. With your expertise, you act as an important interface to external consultations and internal areas, such as Post Merger Integration. You identify, analyze and evaluate acquisition candidates and their respective business model. At Legal and Finance Due Diligence you work with external advice. You create presentations and decision-making templates for the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board. When creating the transaction documents (e.g. secrecy agreements, indicative offers, purchase contracts) you support the respective interfaces with your professional input. Occasionally travel to your business partners to negotiate locally. You are working to develop the M&A strategy within the Kärcher Group as well as in the individual business units.

A successfully completed study (e.g. business management, economic engineering, economics) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual, relevant professional experience in transaction consulting, e.g. in M&A boutiques, auditing and consulting companies or investment banks, ideally with project responsibility. Funded and practice-proven financial knowledge (Bilanz, GuV, Business Plan) and well-founded expertise in common corporate assessment methods. Negotiating German and excellent English skills that enable you to communicate and convince strategically at different hierarchical levels. Embossed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, excellent negotiation skills and a high outcome and target orientation complete your profile.
