ZEISS Microoptics is a unit of the Photonics & Optics strategic business unit specializing in the development, optimization, mastering, replication and integration of optical applications based on micro-optical and holographic optical elements. Your job As Head of Business (m/w/x) you are responsible for the management and strategic orientation of the business field in our target markets semiconductor industry, industrial measurement technology and medical technology. Your key tasks include: Strategic orientation: development and implementation of the business segment's strategy in accordance with the overall strategy of the ZEISS Microoptics division, as well as the development of new markets and the promotion of synergies between business segments

Financial Management: Responsibility for the profit and loss account (P&L) of the business field, as well as ensuring the financial targets and implementation of necessary investments
