Senior Social Media Content Creator (m/f/d)

You're one of the faces of our social media channels. You are responsible for the operational content creation for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok – from idea to publication You develop and control the editorial plan in close coordination with marketing, internal departments and relevant partners. You design and organize photo and video productions and ensure consistent brand communication. Relevant KPIs are analysing you regularly, initial reporting and guide optimization measures. You recognize trends early and integrate them into the content planning. You support the team professionally and develop processes and best practices in the social media sector. You are flexible and team-ready and you want to move something.

Completed studies or comparable training in marketing, communication, media or the like. Multiannual experience in the social media sector with focus on content creation and editorial planning - before and behind the camera, ideally with portfolio or work examples. Detectable successes in the further development of social media channels as well as safe handling of KPIs, reporting and data-based optimization. Strong feeling for trends, storytelling and brand communication. Experience in optimizing processes and workflows in the content sector. Safe handling of social media tools and image/video editing programs. Very good knowledge of German. Enthusiasm for travel activities and events, also on weekends.
