Data Analyst (m/w/d)

We build our decisions on your analyses. As a data analyst, collect, structure and analyze data to create real added value for our departments. They identify patterns, develop trends and translate complex analyses into understandable recommendations – whether for management, colleagues or external partners. In doing so, combine technical know-how with the view for the essentials and explain your findings in such a way that they develop effect.

Your collaboration is in demand:

• They accompany the introduction and integration of Business Central and bring your ideas together from the outset.
• They develop our Data Warehouse (DWH) – from data modeling to interface maintenance.
• You build modern Power BI dashboards and reports for management and specialist departments – data that move a bit.
• You are the central contact for our external service providers (ERP, DWH, BI, IT) and coordinate the next steps.
• They develop automation solutions (e.g. Excel-VBA, Power Automate) that make working day and processes more efficient.
• They accompany first AI projects – such as forecasting, text recognition or process automation – and learn new things every day.
• They support colleagues in the analysis and processing of data (Power Query, Excel, VBA etc.) and help improve reporting processes.
• They regularly automate recurring evaluations and ensure that our data quality is correct.
• You bring your technical and conceptual know-how to data-related questions across the company.

Take this with you:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Controlling or a similar subject
• They are cross entrants with IT affinity and corresponding further education, for example as a specialist informant, with an IHK certificate or a data science course. What is important to us is that you can do what you do and want to develop.
• Sovereign handling of Power BI (including DAX & Power Query), SQL and VBA
• Experience with ERP systems – ideally Business Central
• You feel at home in Data Warehouse Structures
• Interest or first experience in process automation and artificial intelligence
• Analytical thinking, technical implementation strength and communication joy
• Self-employed, solution-oriented working with a view to practical optimization
• Industry knowledge in the building industry is advantageous – but no need.
• Teamwork is important to you: Working together at eye level and sharing knowledge is of course for you
• A good feeling for business relationships complete your profile
