Planning, organizing and booking business trips via well-known online booking systems and in cooperation with the travel agency Master data maintenance in our booking systems Request for visa applications Searching, creating offers comparisons and booking long-term accommodation for our technicians Negotiation of company rates and rental contracts independent processing of travel documents, travel cost accounting, invoices and contracts Document storage according to the principles of proper accounting Training of new employees

Business training, preferably for travel business (m|w|d) or for tourism business (m|w|d) multiannual professional experience in the field of travel management or assistance with business travel organisation very good computer skills (ERP, office programs, booking platform - Citrix / Atlatos, travel cost accounting - Viatos) Enforcement, loadability and flexibility Treatable English independent operation for the final design of our processes in travel management
