Head of Operations (m/f/d)

Total Responsibility for Operations with Production, Assembly, Warehouse & Logistics, Shipping, Maintenance, Facility Management and Industrial Engineering Professional and disciplinary leadership of the entire operational organization including further development of the executives and teams Control and further development of manufacturing and assembly areas across different technologies, processes and business areas Ensuring a powerful, efficient and scalable operation organization with regard to quality, productivity, delivery reliability and costs Responsibility for the operational performance of the site and the sustainable increase in competitiveness Building, adapting and optimizing processes, structures and processes within the framework of growth, transformation and organisational further development Identification and implementation of efficiency improvements, productivity measures and profitability levers Introduction and Development of Lean, CVP and Operational Excellence Standards Ensuring the availability of machinery, equipment, infrastructure and operational resources Development of transparent KPI structures and consistent control of operational key figures Close and trusted cooperation with the management and the adjacent areas of engineering, quality, sales and finance Leadership of the organization through change processes with a clear hand-on and implementation orientation

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field with relevant professional experience

5 years of experience in managing staff and executives Detectional responsibility for complex, technical organisations High leadership, decision-making and implementation orientation Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality Security in moderation, training and coaching Excellent quality awareness and sense of responsibility Communication strength, team capacity and sovereign appearance Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma flowing English skills in word and writing
