You develop the cross-border media strategy and channel across all relevant channels, including Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Programmatic, Paid Social, Digital Audio, Display and Print You opt for media investment across markets, channels, brands and products with a clear brand-formance approach You are planning to strategically and optimise the performance of TV campaigns (Linear & CTV), including using tools such as XAD Spoteffects You define, design and build a fully AI-based media optimization infrastructure, from planning and activation to reporting You select AI tools and agents and integrate them into the media workflow, including the definition of KPIs, Guardrails and the optimization logic within which You operate You develop our Attributions and Measurement Framework, including Media Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi-Touch Distribution and Incremental Testing, and control the external media agency as well as negotiate terms and campaign deals with agencies and advertising distributors
You have more than 6 years of experience in strategic media planning, either on the agency side and/or in-house You have proven experience in cross-channel media planning with a clear fire-formance mentality (market setup and performance alike) You have deep know-how in TV planning and TV performance optimization (Linear & CTV), including practical experience with SpotEffects or comparable tools You have a strong understanding of Programmatic, Paid Social, online video and digital channels for brand awareness You bring profound experience with Media Mix Modelling (MMM) and modern attribution methods with You have practical experience with the integration of AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n or similar) into your daily strategic work and clear ideas about how these technologies will change media planning You have experience in managing media agencies and in negotiations with advertising distributors You are a strategic thinker combined with a proactive hands-on mentality You speak fluent English; German is a strong plus
