The BBK is the head office of the Federal National Crisis Management Agency in Germany. We ensure the quality of crisis management in a central coordination role with federal, international and cross-sector partners. In view of this task, our interdisciplinary team is growing steadily. Administration – You perform traditional administrative tasks related to infrastructure protection and represent the interface between the specialist department and the central department of the BBK. You support the departments within the N.II unit in general administrative matters, including budgetary matters, and help to make administrative procedures on infrastructure issues legally secure and efficient. Communication – You communicate independently with federal and regional authorities and establish structured information processes. You are available to the authorities and companies of the Critical Infrastructure in administrative matters and support the public work of the department. Conception – You design and implement processes for an efficient exchange of authorities on issues of protection of critical infrastructures and civil defense among and with companies. You maintain these exchange processes and ensure their quality. Crisis organization – you are entering the internal crisis organization.

You have completed university studies (Bachelor/Diploma FH) in the fields of legal or administrative sciences or you have the career skills for the superior service or as a collective worker with the administrative course II. Alternatively, you have a comparable study with three years of professional experience in public administration. You have ideally already experience in the internal administration of the public service, or in the field of budgetary law and control; or in the law of contravention or in financial management; or in communication between authorities.

You are team-ready, innovative and introduce new ideas and approaches. You have an analytical way of thinking, act in a solution-oriented manner and have pronounced communication skills. Since our tasks are safety-relevant and event-oriented, we need your willingness to extend the safety review and to participate in the BBK crisis organization.

If you are in an official's relationship, we will take you up to the grade A 9g in the same status by means of a dismissal with the aim of the transfer.
