Assistant for the area of infrastructure/environment in Rostock (m/f/d)

You support infrastructure and the environment in all organizational, terminological and administrative matters and work on applications, offers and project controlling. The correspondence with internal and external contact persons belongs to your daily business; You are the central contact person for executives, project leaders, colleagues, the works council and project and business partners. You create policy templates as well as presentations and protocols. You take responsibility for our internal order shop and process the orders of PSA (Personal Protection Equipment) of our branches. You coordinate and update the CVs and project references of our employees as well as the storage system. You cooperate in acquisition processes and incorporate the PQs into our ERP system. Pre-qualification (PQ) means a pre-competitive procedure in which potential suppliers demonstrate their expertise and performance in accordance with defined requirements. We decide which projects we apply as general planner. You represent other assistants.

You have a completed commercial training or a corresponding study as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position. You are interested in controlling tasks and could possibly gain first insights. Loyality and discretion are of course for you; Moreover, you are characterized by a sovereign appearance, a very good communication capability and an independent operation. Their knowledge of German is at the level of mother tongue, good knowledge of English is advantageous. The daily use of MS Office 365 is obvious to you. Ideally, you have experience in dealing with SharePoint, MS Project and an ERP system. Technical knowledge in construction and in the HOAI are also desirable.
