Support and operation of the Mallau site in close cooperation with the production management, including specialist management, as well as development of personnel Conducting audits according to predefined standards and booking orders in our IT system Incoming and shipping logistics Coordination of recurring maintenance, cleaning and repairs with facility management and maintenance Ensuring the delivery and quality of the processes to be supervised Compliance with statutory requirements for activities in production facilities (personal instruction, obligation to inform, ...) and compliance with safety regulations Identification and implementation of improvement measures (CDP) and instruction of production staff in maintenance activities Responsibility for compliance with technical and hygienic standards with audits

Completed technical training or comparable qualification (e.g. instanders, mechatronics, operating electrics) Experience in production and high technical understanding for assembly processes and manufacturing processes (including knowledge in the field of LEAN Manufacturing, 5S) Willingness to shift work (two shift operation) Guide Personality with Hands-on-Mentality Secure handling of MS-Office as well as ERP systems as well as German language and writing (min. B2-level) Good organisational and communication skills and decision-making and problem-solving skills High quality understanding, analytical approach, sense of responsibility
