Complete technical or craft training in the field of civil engineering, ideally with further training to master, technician, engineer or architect Knowledge of the sale of turnkey construction and timber construction projects Self-employed, structured and careful working methods as well as a quick understanding and entrepreneurial thinking Good IT skills in handling costing software as well as Microsoft Office Communication strength, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence in dealing with customers and project participants Multiannual professional experience in the sale of turnkey construction projects and timber structures as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
