As Recruiting Manager (m/w/d), you play a central role between existing customers and specialist: in the fields of IT, engineering and construction. You work with our sales team at Tandem:inside and occupied projects in the area of employee transfer. You analyze the requirements of our customers and identify suitable specialists: in the fields of IT, engineering and construction. You write projects and run digital and personal candidates:interviews. You evaluate qualifications, recognize potentials and meet occupation decisions. You accompany candidate: throughout the entire recruiting process. You create offers and support in contract negotiations. You work closely with customers, employees:inside and internal contacts:inside.

Completed commercial training or completed studies, ideally with economic focus. Ideally, first professional experience in recruiting, distribution or in the staff service. Communication strength and safe occurrence. The ability to listen actively, to identify relationships quickly and to act in a targeted manner. Structured and organized work. Individual initiative, dynamics and performance orientation.
