Associate Manager Supply Chain Transportation (m/f/d)

Transports control: You coordinate and accompany our transport processes from start to finish: from suppliers to our warehouses and from there on to our customers and branches. Keep an overview at any time and make sure that all transports run reliably and efficiently. Select partners: You select appropriate logistics service providers and freight carriers and control cooperation with them. In international tenders you will find solutions that optimally combine costs, quality and sustainability. Secure delivery: You make sure that our goods arrive on time and economically. In doing so, you will keep an eye on agreed service-level appointments (SLAs) and reach early when something needs to be adjusted. Improve performance: You analyze important key figures and recognize where we can get even better. With transport analyses, you opt for routes, support the further development of our network and ensure that our transport performance becomes stronger step by step. Creating transparency: You make the flow of goods visible, from the manufacturing countries to the consumers. Thus, all parties understand better how our supply chains work and where we can further improve them. Strengthen cooperation: You work closely with colleagues from purchasing, selling and ecommerce. Through clear coordination and open communication, you will ensure that all areas are worked together smoothly and that our customers are supplied as much as possible.

Your educational path: You have completed a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you will bring a training with relevant training or practical experience. Your experience: Ideally, you have already gained first experience in transport management, supply chain or operational logistics. You understand how transport and logistics processes work and enjoy developing them. Your strengths: You think analytic and strategic, but at the same time you like to put on hand. With your communication strength and your negotiation skills, you will bring topics forward and represent your position confidently. You can communicate safely in German and English and work with different contact persons in a solution-oriented manner.
