You are an expert in the efficient management of complex production processes and understand how to lead large teams with vision – support Your team as Head of Production & Maintenance (m/w/d) in Erfurt Reference number 10626

You can take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of about 160 employees and team leaders in the fields of production and technology. You can organize the daily workflows and ensure that your employees are optimally qualified. You pay attention to compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. IFS) and at the same time keep an eye on annual targets, budget specifications and key figures. You ensure quality production and develop production and filling processes as needed. With constant cost consideration, you can focus on a sustainable increase in productivity. You optimize maintenance and raw materials and materials use and provide relevant data for controlling and budgeting. The cooperation and support of projects completes your varied tasks.

Complete studies in the field of food technology, training as technician or master dairy industry / dairy industry or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in production, ideally in the dairy industry, and well-founded leadership experience Experience in S&OP output and its control Good knowledge of MS Office Flowing German and good English skills High number affinity and pronounced planning and method skills Enforcement and communication skills
