Order processing - care of our existing customers in the field of paper-based forms and pioneering software-based documentation solutions. Data & Reports - Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system, collection and coordination of sales and procurement processes. Account Management – Support of the sales team through all stages of project implementation with the aim of a trusted, long-term cooperation

A successfully completed commercial training - ideally with first professional experience in order processing and customer support Technical affinity and first experience in hardware and software Team skills, communication strength and a winning being Enthusiasm with pleasure for a varied theme field Self-employed and careful working and a high self-initiative Safe handling of all common MS Office applications Knowledge in handling ERP systems and CRM systems desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
