We are looking at the next time a unit group management (w/m/d) of the Unit Group Z.I “Central Tasks I” Benefit Group: A 16 Federal Staff Regulations/Excluding Fee Location: Bonn The Central Tasks I Unit is part of the BBK's central department, which controls central services in the BBK. The Z.I group of units is divided into five units, the elemental cross-sectional tasks such as e.g. personnel management, household and financial controlling, the organisation and the judiciary.

The following tasks await you as Head of Unit Group Z.I: Leadership – You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the five unit lines of the Z.I. As part of this, you will give strategic orientation, promote targeted cooperation within the group of units and ensure a clear, binding and value-adding leadership culture. Heading and Control – As a manager, lead and manage important processes in the unit group, prioritize projects and tasks, ensure the quality of work results and ensure effective and efficient use of resources. Innovation – You actively shape the change towards a sustainable management by driving new ideas and modern processes. With targeted impulses, you promote an innovative culture of authorities and ensure that changes are implemented efficiently and sustainably. Cooperation – In the leadership role, you work closely with the administration, department management, the specialist departments of the BBK and external partners. You specifically bind the relevant stakeholders into central decision-making processes and promote constructive and solution-oriented cooperation at all levels through transparency and liability.

Competence to the judge's office or a completed university degree in administrative science (master or equivalent degree). At least one office of grade A 15 BBesO or a comparable collective bargaining group. If you are currently active in the free economy, you are in a comparable employment relationship. Multiannual experience in disciplinary leadership – ideally larger – organisational units and in addition to executives. Their leadership style is characterized by respectful handling, appreciation of motivation and promotion of your employees as well as a positive learning culture. A strategic way of thinking and innovativeness that will help you achieve the successful goal of achieving and developing the BBK and the protection of the population in Germany. For the management position, non-tariff employees will first receive a temporary employment contract for the purpose of testing (see § 31 TVöD). After a successful trial period, a permanent employment contract is concluded. The trial period is governed by § 34 of the Federal Railway Ordinance. The transfer of the function takes place initially for a parole period of six months. After successful probation, the final transmission of the group of units is provided.
