Master's support (m/w/d) in the management of a production section with regard to quality, time and quantity specifications

Staff deployment planning and monitoring Compliance and use of measures to implement quality objectives Initiation and realization of continuous improvements as well as optimization of production processes Support for 'safety in the work area' Feedback and monitoring of production times Planning necessary repairs of equipment, tools and machines Coordination and securing of working materials Responsibility for training

Successfully completed technical training with further training on the technician/master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Knowledge of welding processes MAG, WIG and MIG, based on the materials: construction steels, fine-grain steels and aluminium Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Good English knowledge of word and writing Communication strength and social competence High readiness, flexibility, team- and solution-oriented working style
