Deputy Operations Manager for our Altes Wallberghaus (m/f/d)

As a deputy management (m/w/d), you support the management in the organization and coordination of our daily hotel and gastronomy operations and take responsibility for a smooth process in their absence. You are active in the service, treat our guests with cordiality and support the leadership, motivation and deployment planning of our team. In addition, you will participate in the goods industry, order organization and compliance with our quality and hygiene standards. With your commitment and hostility, you'll arrange a pleasant atmosphere and special moments of happiness on the Wallberg.

You already have professional experience in the hotel industry or gastronomy and could ideally gain first experience in the staff management. Hospitality is at your heart and you convince by your open, communicative and service-oriented personality. You work independently, reliably and organized, are flexible and keep an overview even in turbulent situations. As a real team player, you can take responsibility and enjoy working in a unique mountain environment.
