Strategic development & acquisition: You actively shape the further development of the track start-up train, develop new business areas in close coordination with the management and are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships. From project identification to offer processing, including risk analysis to order assignments – you keep the entire acquisition spectrum in mind Business management with earnings responsibility: Together with the management, you create annual planning and bear the full budget and earnings responsibility for your projects. Ensuring current key figures as well as a timely follow-up management to secure area liquidity are part of your daily craftsmanship Operational Project Management & Quality Assurance: By means of a monthly target-actual comparison, you control the contract-oriented execution of your construction projects, coordinate the use of personnel and resources and ensure compliance with the corporate group's safety and quality standards. Construction site presence – even during the weekend – is of course for you Staff management & team development: You lead your team from targeted, motivating and at eye level. You set clear goals, develop your employees' competences in a targeted manner, manage conflicts sovereignly and create a working environment where performance and coexistence are equal.

Qualification: Complete study in the field of civil engineering in the field of specialized deep construction or a comparable technical field with a relevant focus in specialized deep construction Professional experience: At least five years of relevant practice in the field of specialty deep-construction, ideally with detectable experience in projects of rail-bound infrastructure or rail construction Leadership competence: Multiannual experience in the management of technical teams in construction. You understand how to motivate, develop and align people on common goals Commercial understanding: Secure handling of sales and costing, controlling, follow-up management and operational key figures; Experience in profit center control is advantageous Methods and Process Competence: Structured, Analytical Procedure; Experience with digitalization and optimization processes in construction and in supply and risk analysis Software knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office; Knowledge of iTWO, SOG or MS-Project, Nevaris are advantageous
