As a personnel expert, you will independently process the processes in the personnel management and administration. This also includes the preparation of the payrolls. You are contact persons of colleagues in all personnel matters. You also cover topics relating to occupational retirement provision and also have a wide range of tasks, such as the creation of work contracts, work certificates, certificates, statistics and evaluations, the supervision of time recording, appointment processing, account voting, audits, external correspondence, general administrative tasks, support of management on various issues and in all personnel topics.

Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in the area of HR Communication strength, sense of responsibility and initiative Teamability, loadability and flexibility Good German knowledge
