Technical and disciplinary management of the department Leadership, motivation and further development of the team Active acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and development of existing customer relationships Analysis of key figures and derivation of appropriate measures to increase performance Ensuring quality standards and compliance with legal requirements Support in costing and construction site processing

Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of construction technology or Master qualification or study Multiannual professional experience in the field of components or in a comparable environment leadership experience and pronounced communicative skills High customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and decision strength
