The entity shall include all tasks related to market-oriented credit management and shall have the following main tasks:

Examination and control of incoming building financing applications for completeness Ensuring the processing quality of the proposed construction financing applications You are a telephone contact point for colleagues from the branches as well as intermediaries around private housing financing You provide competent and service-oriented advice You are part of the joint development of quality understanding between branches, mediators and market successes

Successfully completed commercial training First experience in private housing financing would be desirable Communication strength on the phone as well as the ability to communicate and network in the team and across departments Certain and careful operation High level of initiative, motivation and flexibility
