Your tasks - You can look forward to this Head of Department and Organisation: You take over the technical and organizational management of the area and ensure a smooth operation in the operating daily business. Working in the OP area: You instrument and assist in operating procedures and take over jumping activities in all OP areas. Patient preparation and care: You carry out preparatory and care measures for patients in the course of surgical interventions. Process and field development: You actively contribute to the further development of the center and assist in the optimization of internal processes. Teamwork and guidance: You work confidently and cooperatively in the interdisciplinary team, direct colleagues and support the training of students. Call readiness service: You participate in the call readiness service at night, weekends and holidays.

You have completed training as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) or as surgical assistance (OTA) (m/w/d), ideally with a specialist training in the surgical service. You bring well-founded professional experience in the field of operations and are familiar with the procedures in the OP. You possess distinct communicative skills as well as an open and team-oriented personality. Sensitivity, empathy and professional handling of patients are the key.
