You conduct and coordinate the day-to-day business of a highly motivated team and ensure the smooth running of services related to the operation of the Managed Service Platform You provide operational guidelines with a strategic background, best mentoring and support for team members to advance continuous improvements and ensure high-quality performance You work with stakeholders: both product and hardware development, product management and data center operations to understand business requirements, prioritise tasks and ensure the timely completion of projects You define comprehensive business and product plans with strategic initiatives, key milestones, resource allocations and timetables to support the team in achieving operational excellence and providing innovative products in line with business objectives You implement best practices, processes and standards to optimize the efficiency, availability and reliability of the operation of the managed service platform and ensure a solid 24x7 readiness operation You monitor performance metrics, analyze trends and implement solutions to improve the entire managed service platform infrastructure. You will first and submit reports (KPI, Scorecard) to visualize the performance status of tasks and projects to ensure transparency and effective communication

You have at least 5 years of practical experience in a dynamic hosting or cloud infrastructure environment, with proven knowledge in managing platform services, dealing with dynamic workloads and adapting to developing technological landscapes You have proven experience (at least 3 years) in data-driven (KPI, OLA/SLA) leading functions in operating cloud infrastructure management, virtualization technologies and managed service platform operations You have strong tactical leadership and team management skills, with a track record in managing technical teams in mixed, hybrid and decentralized environments You have excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with team members, interest groups and customers: You have pronounced problem solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving technical problems. You have experience in project management, including priority setting, resource allocation and compliance You are committed to continuous learning, continuous updating of technological advances and driving innovations within the team.
