The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. As part of the Workplace team, you take product responsibility and actively shape their strategic development as well as the associated operating and support processes. You actively contribute to the design of a modern and sustainable overall architecture for our global IT workplaces. You work across teams in projects and coordinate the integration of new products and solutions into our complex system landscapes. You are evaluiating new tools and technologies (e.g. in the field of automation and AI) to continuously improve our products and platforms and bring a strong innovation set.

You bring a strong will and willingness to take responsibility. You have a strong organizational and communication skills as well as a high level of willingness to learn to work quickly into new topics. You will have first experiences with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and project management. You have a solid technical background, preferably in the design or operation of IT workplaces in the enterprise environment. You have ideally gained basic experience with various client operating systems (e.g. macOS, Linux, ChromeOS) or technologies for application and desktop virtualization. You have completed an IT degree or an IT training (e.g. as a specialist informatics) or bring comparable knowledge acquired in practice. You master the German (B2) and English language in word and writing. .
