You plan and tax IT projects and large IT projects to digitize our business processes With your project team, you develop innovative, digital solutions and integrate new technologies that offer customers and employees real added value In an agile setup, you work with cross-functional teams and business units to successfully complete projects You coordinate internal teams as well as external IT suppliers and software development partners to ensure smooth implementation In the context of the project controller, you always keep in mind time, quality and costs and ensure compliance with the requirements You recognize project risks early, analyze them and initiate effective countermeasures You regularly report the progress of your projects to the PMO and the steering circles

Complete technical or business studies with IT reference or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in managing large-scale IT projects, ideally in the digitization of business processes, software development and implementation of IT-supported solutions Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience with classic project management approaches (e.g. PMI, Prince2) Experience with modern digitalization technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence) and cloud computing Experience in the presentation of project results and moderation of appointments or workshops Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English

This position is preferably to be occupied in Munich; a setting in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and Leipzig is also possible.
