As part of strengthening our financial team, we are looking for you as a qualified force for our accounting.

They are responsible for the independent processing of debitor accounting. With a clear focus on standards, you will process requests and complaints from receivables owners and recipients, thereby putting together the right documents to find solutions. You enter into booking data and documents to expose inconsistencies and differences and to clarify all the facts by your research. In close cooperation with receivables, payers and specialist departments, you will find solutions and coordinate them efficiently. They have control over the care of open items, triggering reminders and their follow-up and ensuring the updating of demand changes in the system. They make independent informed decisions on further measures, react flexibly to the situation and escalate quickly and competently if necessary. They create regular, meaningful analyses and statistics that serve management as a valuable information and decision-making basis. With your in-depth analyses and reports, you provide the Management and Management Board with precise data that serve as the basis for far-reaching decisions.

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist, industrial businessman/industrial businesswoman) and ideally with further qualification in the financial sector multiannual operational professional experience in accounting good MS office, especially Excel knowledge good DATEV knowledge, SAP knowledge desirable Experience with factoring and/or credit insurers desirable Knowledge of German tax law Flowing German and good English skills Self-employed and self-employed Team-oriented thinking and acting in an international context Communication and enforcement strength Analytical skills and a high number affinity
